1 to 1 Coaching
This service is a special offer as part of our lessons and lectures concerning personnel and organization development, however, focusing on either the participants most pressing problems or their choices to live a full and creative live.
It is intended to help them get their purpose out in the world and their ideas thrive faster by providing a framework that allows them to make their decisions that lead to the future they will envision.
While everyone has his own habits and concerns, we’ve seen patterns over the years and apply those information to do our part giving it a nudge in the right direction.
Upon request, we offer this as a stand-alone service, too.
Phone sessions are 260,00 €/hour (excl. VAT)
The full process comprises of
- a questionnaire to be completed (optional)
- an one-hour session related to the particular thing that you want to talk about the most
- a customized plan a couple of days later for you to have what you need to move on
Majority of the questions we get are about the next step forward and arise from deeper questions about the purpose in life, what is in the way, and why is it in the way.
After one hour, we can help you zero-in on your biggest hurdle to getting where you want to and we make a plan for you to overcome your barrier. So just remember :

How it works
- Reach out to us and pay for your session.
- Complete the questionnaire and share its outcome with us.
- Send us a couple of timeslots at which you’d like to talk, and we will pick one.
- Have a 1 hour conversation where we will mainly listen to you and ask questions.
- Obtain a couple of days later your customized plan and have what you need (mostly) after just one session.
- Stay in touch as we would love to see how things are unfolding. And when you’re ready with another issue to discuss, we can schedule another hour.
